1. Attendance

Regular attendance is important for a child's development. Parents must inform the school in case of planned or unplanned absences. Prolonged absence without intimation may lead to withdrawal from the roll.

2. Drop-off and Pick-up

Children must be dropped off and picked up only by authorized guardians. Any change must be informed in writing or through a verified call in advance. Late pick-ups may attract a penalty.

3. Health & Safety

Sick children should stay at home to recover and avoid spreading illness. In case of emergency, first aid will be provided and parents will be contacted immediately. Parents must update the school about allergies or special medical needs.

4. Hygiene

Children must come to school bathed, dressed in clean clothes, and with trimmed nails. The school maintains high hygiene standards in classrooms, toilets, and the kitchen area.

5. Discipline

Positive reinforcement and gentle guidance are used to promote good behavior. Physical punishment is strictly prohibited. Repeated behavioral concerns will be discussed with parents.

6. Uniform

Students must wear the prescribed school uniform on designated days. Clean and appropriate footwear is also required.

7. Snack and Lunch

Nutritious snacks/lunch should be sent from home as per the school’s guidelines. Junk food, chocolates, and chewing gum are not allowed.

8. Parent Communication

Regular updates are shared via diaries, WhatsApp, or meetings. Parent-teacher meetings are held every term to discuss progress.

9. Photography and Social Media

Photos and videos may be taken during events and activities. Parental consent is taken for sharing any child-related media on social platforms.

10. Emergency

In case of natural calamities or emergencies, the school will follow the local authority's instructions. Parents will be informed through SMS or call.
